1) How do you ship?
We ship European and International orders using DHL express, although occasionally for European orders we may use DPD or UPS if they have a better service in the area
In Italy we use GLS, Nexive and Bartolini.
2) What are the shipping costs?
Shipment to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland costs 4.99 euro.
Shipment to the US and Canada Costs 12 Euros
3) How do I track my order
You will receive an order confirmation via email, as well as a shipping notification when your order ships. You can trace an online order by viewing the tracking details in that email: By logging in to your customer account. Or If you don't have a customer account write to our support chat for help.
4) When I will get my order?
We try to ship all order within 1 working day, although a delay of 24-48 hours is sometimes possible.
We offer next day delivery to Italy,
Shipments to the European Union and the United Kingdom are delivered in 1-2 days, while delivery to the US and Canada requires 2 working days.
if you are having trouble with a missing order after 5 days, please write to our support chat, there may be an issue with you order.
5) What is your return policy?
Size changes are free in Europe, while they cost 6 due to shipping costs for US and Canada.
Should you be dissatisfied in any way with our product, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of delivery.
Products should be undamaged, the refund will happen only after the product has been delivered back to us.
